Full Moon Ritual Guide
Thank you so much for participating in our Sagittarius Full Moon Sound Bath!
We are so grateful to have had you join us! If you received a little goodie bag, below are some suggested ways to enjoy it. And bonus, you can also use this guide to recreate it and/or share the idea with a friend. ✨
What’s in the bag?
a satchel of organic dried rosebuds and petals, calendula flowers, and damiana leaf
a small vial with a few drops of organic therapeutic grade ylang ylang essential oil
a handcrafted old-fashioned lilac soy tea light candle
a small citrine crystal (supports creativity, self-expression, intuition, abundance)
a bit of love 😘
What am I supposed to do with all of this?
Ultimately, use it all however it speaks to you. BUT, if you would like a little guidance, some suggestions are below. If time immediately following the sound bath allows, this is an excellent way to seal in the healing powers of the sound bath and amplify the intentions you set. Set yourself a cozy space, lock the door, tell your family to leave you alone, throw your phone off a cliff… do what you need to do to make this a sacred time just for YOU. 💜
Light your lilac tea light and have your citrine crystal nearby.
If you’re into baths…
Boil about 32 ounces of water and let the bag steep for about 20 minutes. Draw yourself a comfortable warm bath and once your ‘tea’ has brewed, add it to the tub. You can leave the contents in the bag and let it soak with you or can empty the flowers and leaves into the tub (fair warning, that might be a nightmare to clean though!). Just before you get in, add the ylang ylang oil. Enjoy!
If you’re not into baths…
Cool cool. No judgments here. (But what the heck is wrong with you? JKJK) Hang the bag in your shower and let the steam activate the flower power! Dab the ylang ylang oil on your wrists, temples, heart space, wherever after you get out. OR…
Make a cup of tea…
All of the flowers and leaves in the bag are edible. If you’re brewing the tea to sip on, it’s recommended to divide it up into three portions if making a single cup. Or brew a batch and enjoy it as an iced tea throughout the following day as you reflect on your experience of the sound bath.
