There is Time for Everything
The Energy
After weeks of descending, dissolving, emerging and integrating... this week feels more settled. Kind of like a soft confidence. Like the ground is actually under our feet again and with fresh perspective we can trust in the direction we're walking. And yet, we are still, as always, in a practice.
There's a specific quality to the energy this week worth naming. Two things are true at once and they might feel like a contradiction at first: things are moving fast AND there is time for everything.
Uranus just moved into Gemini and the energy it's bringing is electric, intuitive hits arriving quickly, inspiration that wants immediate action, a sense that the flash of knowing is enough. You don't need to keep asking for confirmation. When a spark lands, trust it and move.
And we have Pluto moving into retrograde doing quieter, deeper work. Alchemizing what the recent weeks stirred up at levels beneath the conscious mind. Deeply. Unhurried.
Both are true this week. The electric AND the patient. The flash of inspiration AND the trust that nothing needs to be rushed.
When you're genuinely rooted in your truth, urgency and patience stop feeling like opposites. You can act immediately from inspiration because you're not grasping, you're trusting. And you can wait without anxiety because you know the timing isn't yours to force.
It's not a contradiction. It's actually alignment.
The Teaching
The world is always talking to you.
Now I am definitely someone who loves to examine the metaphor in everything, if you've been following these Transmissions for a little while, you've no doubt noticed. But in this case I'm not speaking in an abstract spiritual sense. The experiences you have in the world are literally a conversation, the interactions, the people who show up, the obstacles that land in your path, the moments of unexpected beauty and unexpected friction, the opportunities. All of it is information. All of it is reflecting something back.
The question is whether you're willing not just to look, but to see... and listen.
Last week we talked about the mirror practice, finding your own eyes and witnessing yourself with fresh curiosity rather than critique. This week I want to deepen into the idea of the outward mirror. Because once you've started the inner work of recognizing your Original Frequency, the world becomes a different kind of reflection. One that shows you where you actually are and who you are being.
Your current reality is a byproduct of your vibration. Not a punishment. Not a reward. Just information. The conversations that keep finding you, the patterns that keep repeating, the doors that keep opening or closing, all of it is feedback from the frequency you've been broadcasting.
But when you shift internally, there's usually a delay before the external catches up. Which is exactly where patience comes in, not passive waiting, but a rooted trust that what you're building internally is already in motion externally. The evidence is coming. Sometimes it's subtle at first. You may have to actively seek the signs if you're not used to this concept. It's not so much 'see it and believe it' as it is 'solidify the belief and watch for the proof reveal itself.' Science calls it cognitive bias. I say it's powerful magic.
This past weekend I was reminded of a concept from Navajo philosophy called Hózhó, translated as The Beauty Way. It describes a way of moving through the world where every thought, every action, every interaction is an expression of beauty and harmony. Not beauty as aesthetics. Beauty as alignment. As wholeness. As walking your prayer rather than just giving it to the wind and hoping it comes true.
What struck me is how closely this mirrors what we've been building toward in this whole Transmission series. Living your frequency isn't something you do occasionally in a meditation or a sound bath. It's something you practice in every moment, especially the ordinary ones. Especially the difficult ones.
The Navajo teaching asks: how are you interacting with the environment around you? Not just the meaningful and obvious moments but the small ones, too. These may matter even more to the true embodiment of this practice. Do you pick up the piece of trash on the sidewalk because it is your mission to foster a more beautiful world for all beings? Do you smile at the stranger to brighten their day? Do you bring your full frequency to the conversations that challenge you?
Every interaction is an opportunity to practice being the version of yourself you're manifesting. Every obstacle is a chance to stay loyal to the truth you are choosing rather than defaulting to the old pattern.
That's not spiritual bypassing. That's not pretending everything is fine. That's choosing, consciously and repeatedly, to walk in beauty even when the path is rough.
Because here's what I know: the more consistently you live AS your frequency rather than just believing in it, the more the world reorganizes itself around that signal. The timing aligns. The right people appear. The opportunities that match your truth start to become visible, because you stopped filtering them out.
There is time for everything. And when you're rooted in your truth, you'll know exactly when it's saying act and when it's saying trust.
The Invitation
This week the practice has two movements. Like last week we're exploring opposites pointing at the same truth.
The first is noticing what's rushing.
When you feel urgency this week, pause for just a moment before acting. Not to second guess yourself. Just to check: is this inspired action or anxious action? Is this the electric hit of aligned inspiration or the frantic energy of trying to control the timing?
Inspired action feels like a recognition. Clear, alive, almost inevitable. You don't need to convince yourself. You just know.
Anxious urgency feels like pressure. Like if you don't move right now something will be lost. That's usually the old frequency talking, the scarcity, the fear, the not-enoughness.
When you're rooted, you'll feel the difference quickly. And if you're not sure yet, that's okay. Just noticing is the practice.
The second is looking at what the world is showing you.
This week, treat everything that lands on your path as information. The conversation that challenges you. The opportunity that arrives unexpectedly. The obstacle that makes you want to detour. The small moment of unexpected beauty.
Ask of each one: what is this reflecting? What is this asking me to practice?
And then, however small, respond as the version of yourself who already went through the goo, transmuted the pain, and grew beautiful wings. Not the old pattern. The new truth.
Pick up the piece of trash. Smile at the stranger. Bring your full frequency of love to the moment that least seems to deserve it.
That's how you truly walk in beauty. Not in the grand gestures that everyone sees. In the ordinary ones others might miss.
There is time for everything. You're already here.
