Oh. There You Are.
The Energy
Something is different this week... and not just that I'm hitting your inbox on a Friday instead of a Tuesday. The pace is different. The permission feels different.
It's like a quiet kind of different that is showing up in small moments, for me, it's been most powerful in the subtle way I've been catching my own reflection and for just a second seeing someone I'm still getting to know.
The full moon in Scorpio arrives today and the funny thing is this energy is anything but subtle. Scorpio doesn't do surface level. She goes straight for the truth, the one underneath the story you've been telling, underneath the patterns you've been running, underneath the version of yourself you've been so deeply conditioned into it started to feel like the real thing.
But what's being revealed isn't something new. It's something that was always there. Waiting. Patient. True.
This past week moved something in me that I'm still finding words for. Hence the intentional delay in this week's Transmission.
I went somewhere wild and dusty and communal and stripped down. I expanded more than I expected to. I laughed and danced and connected with other humans in powerful, deep ways, away from technology. I wore things and did things and felt things that surprised me. I cried more than I expected to, too. And, not so unexpectedly... something shifted. Not dramatically. Just softly. Some things completely. Some things still finding their shape.
That's what genuine integration feels like. Not a before and after. More like a quiet arrival. Like coming home to a version of yourself that was always there, just waiting for a moment of stillness to be recognized.
To be honest, I think I'm still letting this past week land, but I wanted to share some of what's coming through so far.
The full moon today is asking all of us the same question: what truth is becoming undeniable? What do you know now that you can't unknow?
That's not a threat. That's an invitation.
The Teaching
Integration doesn't have a timeline.
That might be the most important thing I can offer you this week. There is no standard protocol. No prescribed number of days. No checklist that tells you when you're done. Your process is as unique as your frequency and it will move at exactly the pace it needs to... sometimes frustratingly slow, sometimes startlingly fast, sometimes so quiet you won't even notice it's happening until someone looks at you and says you seem different.
Which is exactly what happened to me this week.
People who hadn't seen me in days, who had no idea where I'd been or what had moved through me, looked at me and named something they couldn't quite articulate. Something had shifted and it was visible. Not because I announced it. Because it was simply... true.
That's how you know integration is real. Not because you feel complete. But because your truth starts to show up before you even try to express it.
I've been sitting with something I think we've collectively lost and might be ready to reclaim.
Before mirrors were everywhere. Before front facing cameras and FaceTime and the endless scroll of our own faces in other people's stories... people had very little idea what they actually looked like. Not really. Not the way we do now.
And so they led with something else entirely. Energy. Presence. The way they moved through a room. Who they were before what they were. The feedback they received about themselves came from how others responded to their frequency, the reflection of other humans, not glass and screens.
Think about that for a moment. An entire relationship with yourself built not on what you saw in the mirror but on what you felt from the inside and what you received from the world around you.
We've traded something significant for all this constant self-seeing. And I don't think most of us have noticed the cost.
It's an interesting thing to ponder: the more we see our own faces, the more we tend to lead with surface appearance rather than essence. We audit before we arrive. We adjust before we speak. The more the curated version gets rehearsed until it starts to feel like the real one.
And the Original Frequency, the one that was there before the conditioning, before the wounding, before the world handed you a role and you grew into it, gets quieter. Not gone. Never gone. Just... waiting for you to recognize and feel its truth.
Integration is that moment of recognition. Not a dramatic reveal. Just a quiet noticing. Oh. There you are.
That's your Original Frequency. And it's always been yours.
The Invitation
This week I want to offer you something simple. Two practices, actually. Opposites of each other. Both pointing to the same truth.
Find a mirror.
Not to check yourself. Just to make contact. Look into your own eyes like you're meeting someone for the first time. With curiosity, not critique. Try waving. Try smiling the way you'd smile at a stranger on the sidewalk. See what you find before the critic gets there first.
Notice what happens when you look FOR yourself rather than AT yourself.
Then try the opposite.
Pick one morning this week to get dressed without looking. Comb your hair and leave it. Walk out the door leading with who you are rather than what you look like. Let your energy go first and see what the day reflects back.
Both practices are asking the same question: can you recognize yourself without a reflection telling you who you are?
Because integration, real integration, isn't something you complete. It's something you allow. It moves at its own pace, in its own way, as unique as your frequency. Some things shift quickly. Some things take longer. All of it is valid. All of it is the process.
Your Original Frequency doesn't need to be verified. It doesn't need to be perfected or performed. It's still there. Quietly integrating. Becoming more itself with every moment of stillness you allow it.
The full moon tonight will illuminate what's ready to be seen. Let it. And whatever truth becomes undeniable for you this week, honor it. Even quietly. Even just to yourself.
Still. That's enough. That's everything.
